Warranty and Return Policy

We offer 10 year warranty on manufacturing defects. In addition, if you are unhappy with the products after using them, you have 60 days to return the used product (but without damage, please πŸ˜…) and we will make a complete refund.

  • 60 day free return or exchange on all products – used or not. In case of used product, it should not be damaged. πŸ‘πŸΌ
  • Return shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
  • Refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days after receiving the product in it’s original condition. For used products, it will be initiated after confirming that there’s no damage due to product use. πŸ™‚

You have 24 hours for a free cancellation, after that you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us for a refund.

Shipping

We ship to almost every country in the world from India. Locally, we ship via FedEx, which usually takes 2-3 days. Internationally, we use Aramex / UPS / EMS which typically takes 5-7 days, though this can vary depending on the time spent in customs processing in your country, which is beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees.

We dispatch your order 24 hours after your purchase.

Yes, as soon as the quilt ships, an email automatically goes out including the tracking number. Be aware that it can sometimes take half a day or so for the tracking number to start showing updates.

Yes we ship all around the world, however please know that you are responsible for your being familiar with your local import and customs policy. We are not responsible for import customs duty or clearance.
