Limited Lifetime Warranty

Blue Bolt Gear warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for the lifetime of the product.

If a warranty claim is validated, we will repair or replace, at our option, the damaged product.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, lost or stolen items, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, negligence or aftermarket modifications.

“Lifetime of the product” means the lifetime of the components, fabrics, and materials of the warrantied product. Materials and components wear out, deteriorate and fade over time, depending on the product’s exposure to the elements and how the product is used and cared for. Our warranty does not cover products that fail or are damaged due to wear and tear.

We’re committed to minimizing our footprint. When possible we make an effort to repair damage due to wear and tear. We evaluate warranty claims on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of equipping you with reliable, functioning gear ready for adventure.

Our lifetime warranty is applicable to the original owner of the product for the lifetime of the product, not the owner. When it comes to applying our warranty, Blue Bolt Gear reserves the right to use discretion. A few scuffs on your product show you’ve been putting it to good use. If something breaks or goes awry, don’t worry. We’ll do our best to take care of you.

We take full responsibility for the products we create from cradle to grave. We want to avoid Blue Bolt Gear products in landfills or dark corners of storage places at all costs. If a product has reached the end of its lifecycle, you can either send your gear back to us to upcycle, or give it new life yourself in creative ways.
