When will I receive a copy of my receipt?
You will automatically receive a confirmation email after you complete your order. The order number will be in the subject line, and the email will include an itemized invoice.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation, check your spam folder, sometimes these messages end up there.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon purchase.
I only made one order, but I see two charges on my card. What happened?
Some banks process online purchases using an authorization charge first, then an actual transfer. The authorization charge will show as pending, then disappear once the actual transfer occurs. Depending on the bank, the authorization charge may take a while to clear out, up to eight days for debit cards, or a month for credit cards. If you’re still seeing a duplicate charge when you receive your billing statement, please contact us to sort it out.
Do I have to pay import duties, taxes, and fees?
We ship to almost every country in the world from India.
Locally, we ship via FedEx, which usually takes 2-3 days. Internationally, we use Aramex / UPS for $25, which usually takes 5-7 days.
If you are an international customer, keep in mind that customs may delay delivery, and there may be import duties and taxes that your government imposes. These fees are not from Blue Bolt Gear, but from the country receiving the order. As stated on our product pages, customers are responsible for these fees.
Can I use my discount code on an already discounted product?
Discount codes are ineligible on products that are already marked down, this includes discounted bundles. If used, we reserve the right to void the sale.
Does Blue Bolt Gear offer discounts?
We offer discounts to outdoor professionals through our Pro Program.
Signing up for our email newsletters is the best way stay informed about occasional promotions or preorders on new gear.
How do I apply a discount code?
- Add product(s) to your cart, then click on the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Once there, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- Enter the code in the “Gift card or discount code” box on the right-hand side. The adjusted price will be reflected after the code is applied.
- Continue on to shipping and payment.

Change or cancel an order
There is something wrong with my order. What do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that – let us make things right. Please visit our contact us page to call or message us with your name and order details. We’ll work to get you all up and ready to roll.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Custom items can be cancelled or changed, and you can receive a full refund if the request is received prior to the start of production. Production start times are variable, so you will need to contact us to determine the status of your order; we’ll be there to assist you in this process.
Any orders that have been started, may still be cancelled or changed, but are subject to a 25% fee to cover lost time and materials.
Sending a gift
Can I include a message with my gift?
Definitely! In your shopping cart on the right hand side, you have the option to write a gift note to the recipient that will display on the gift receipt.
